Gorgeous Memi Designs Memi Designs create quality handmade textile homewares and gifts. Our core philosophy is a belief in the beauty of simplicity. Inspiration is drawn from the natural world, both graphically and in our choice of materials. All Memi products are made from natural materials, pure linen base farbics with 100% certified organic cotton linings and trims. The fabrics are printed using traditional silkscreen methods. Our products are made in a small, family-run factory in the south of India where textile manufacturing is a strong part of the social fabric. The owners of the factory have high standards of working condtions for their staff and also run a program called "Grant & Give" where they work with the local community to enhance livelihood, provide work training for underpriviledged people and encourage micro-enterprise development.    We care about preserving the natural environment and use 100% Greenpower in our office. Where possible, we use recyled paper in all office products, packaging and promotional material. For those emissions our business can't cut back on, we are signed up to be a Climate Friendly Business where we pay to offset our emissions.
